I grew up in Japan. "Washlet" (an electronic water spray bidet system) is a very common item in almost any public and private toilets in Japan. Even after moving to the US, it was a "must" thing for our home. Unfortunately, it is still unknown to many people. Unlike the traditional bidet, the washlet works easily just with a button on the panel, which can have several functions including the toilet seat warmer! When I moved to Portugal a few years ago, I was not enthusiastic about the traditional bidet, as they are not easy to use for me, and take up so much space in the bathroom. I asked my handyman about the washlet, and he found Blooming: NB-660D at BANITA. He installed it in one of my bathrooms in my apartment. It has the functions I want, and never failed. I've recently decided to have another one for my other bathroom too. BANITA provides excellent customer services. I am a happy customer, and I highly recommend them and the product.

Excelente produto, não queria comprar online, ja que não queria correr o risco de não ser compatível com o meu retrete. O serviço pre e pós venta excedeu as minhas expectativas. Muito profissionais.
O produto em si e muito completo, com variadíssimas funções de temperaturas da agua, pressão, posição regulável do duche e aquecimento da tampa, luz led muito útil para a noite. Boa relação preço qualidade.

Ao ter adquirido em abril de 2018 a tampa Blooming NB-660D Conforto, sinto-me muito satisfeito com esta inovação, pois é de excelente qualidade e proporciona um conforto único. Não necessito de utilizar o bidé nem o papel higiénico, pois o produto faz na perfeição as suas funções, pois lava e seca.
